This period will cover July 1st, 2017, to December 31st, 2017.
Please note the new advertising requirement in the Corpora!
Example(s) of recruitment, including but not limited to: sample(s) of advertising media, photo(s) of activities, or a written description of how new players are brought to the park.
Check the documents page of Caamtgard for the handy audit forms Fiks made way back when, find the one for your land's status (shire, barony, duchy)
Get your ORKs up to date, get your sheets scanned in, ask your new monarchs to write a letter of how things are going in your land (or write it yourself), download bank statements (and redact information as needed).
Any dates your land didn't meet? A suggestion, grab a blank piece of paper, write a note about why your land didn't meet, and scan that in as a placeholder for the sign in sheet. If it was a rain day, https://www.wunderground.com/history/ will give a weather report for that day. NB: these are suggestions, but from many years on the BoD, I can tell you many people find those placeholders a helpful indicator that there isn't a lost sheet... What will the 2018 BoD want to see? Good question...
Calculating attendance numbers is a pain, isn't it? This past year, I've been playing around with something: http://dzucker.com/amtgard/ork/numbers/.
please note that this is a trial, not guaranteed, and requires human thought to verify the output!
It's usually running off of data a day behind - sorry, nothing faster than that. Make sure you select the proper primary park day - if you select Sunday as the primary day, it'll make sure there's information for every Sunday - if there's no information, it'll put a Zero. So if you run for Wavehaven with Sunday as their primary park day, you'll have a whole lot of extra entries of 0 - because they meet Saturday! Parks that have two full days a week - sorry, you will want to pick one day - it's not smart enough to handle all permutations!
When the script runs, you'll see a link on right "edit" - the primary point of this is to mark a day to not count in the averages. Shires that meet every other week, you'll want to use this to mark some of those empty days - while the corpora says you need to meet every other week, the software isn't smart enough to understand that... Also, parks that didn't meet due to everyone going to a Westmarch Event, you can use this to mark those days (or rain days) for not figuring in your calculations...
This is an optional calculator - in Beta version! Some people will rather do it by hand, or find it faster and easier to do their way. I figure a few people will find this easier, it'll quickly get your daily numbers, visitors, monthly totals and averages, etc to fill in to the audit form. If you use this, double check the output before putting those numbers into your audit.
Pencilled in due date is January 31st, subject to change. Next year's BoD hasn't been elected, much lest met to discuss schedules...
