The Audit period is Jan1 to Jun 30, and due (emailed or shared with westmarch.amtgard@gmail.com) August 1st at midnight. You have the month of July to get it done, but it's much easier if your ducks are in a row first!
Check your ledgers! Make sure they're clear. Fur dues, you should itemize who paid - if 2 people paid on one day, instead of writing "dues paid, +$12 (or $20)", please note (for example) "dues paid, 'Johhny Applekiller & Baron Whacksalot".
Make sure the ork is up to date! It should be anyway... Ok, this isn't in the audit section of the corpora, it's noted elsewhere, but there's this cool tool that pulls info from the ork that will calculated your attendance averages for you: http://dzucker.com/amtgard/ork/numbers/ It runs a day or two behind the ork; if you update credits today, averags wont update until tomorrow.
How's your advertising? We updated the corpora to ease the requirements on advertising - a written description of how you bring in new members is the minimum. HOWEVER: a photo of a flyer, a photo of your park at a local demo, these are helpful additions!
Chat with your monarch! There's a section in the audit for a letter; you can write it, dear Prime Minister, or you can rope your monarch into writing it! Discuss any challenges, and glitches in the audit, anything that will help clarify things. While you're at it, talk with your monarch if you need assistance. It can be a bg job, crafting the audit; it's better to ask for help than to let things slide.
