Table of contents

I personally find that a lack of a table of contents to hinder my ability to find what I am looking for when referencing the corpora. Is the something that we are interested in adding? Since this is not a substantive change would it require an althing vote? I am willing to write up a table of contents myself if you all so desire.
Thank you.

That and an Index would be helpful. Oh and page numbers?

I don't think formatting changes (ToC and page numbers, both of which used to be in the Confed/Principality corpora but got over looked, probably for brevity during the revision process) would require an Althing. Mebbe just the King saying make it so? And I feel like the index would fall into the same category since it shouldn't change how the corpora affects the running of the Kingdom.

What particular terms were you thinking of indexing?

Probably referencing the main articles and page numbers to said article would be enough in terms of a cohesive table of contents. You can typically find what you're looking for if you have the right article.

ToC from previous iterations had Article numbers and names and the sections listed. Figured we'd go with the same this time around.

Index is a bit more difficult. every key word like "Althing" "Monarch" "Midreign" etc would need to be found and page number noted, then evaluated as worthwhile to keep or discard as a good reference point. Once the ToC is done and page numbers added, then a volunteer or several can sort through finding those keywords people would need quick access. I would say as most of us use the PDF on our phones, pads, and PCs, and use the find feature, the index is less needed.

Nod. Index would only be useful in printed copies of the Corpora.
