Wyvern's Spur Fall Coronation 9/28

Postby Quinn » Tue Sep 23, 2008 12:09 am

Wyvern's Spur Coronation will be held this Sunday the 28th.
Potluck feast - bring a dish to share (if possible post here what you are bringing so that others don't bring too much of the same)
There will be a Tourney
And a Castle Quest

Starting at our usual time of 1:30.
Elves are wonderful. They provoke wonder.
Elves are fantastic. They create fantasies.
Elves are glamorous. They project glamour.
Elves are terrific. They beget terror.
No one ever said elves are nice.

Castle Quest is such strong language. I think Keep Battle would be a better description for what I have in mind.

Details, details. Castle quest sounds more dramatic.

Yes actually. Bran's plan for the keep battle requires it. Thank you.

Oh, it definitely does sound more dramatic... but, 'round these parts, the word "castle" often brings to mind a construction of physical walls, parapets, a gate, etc. Don't want to disappoint folks when they arrive to find rope strung out on the ground to act as "walls". I'm just sayin'.

That was pretty cool, but kind of dangerous for the people behind the door.

Coolest of all was when Tevas tried to bust it with a kick then Monkey imploded the doors with his super ninja high doub;e split thrust kick... then ran like a scared chicken.

My battering ram is only 9 and a half feet long. I guess it'll have to do :Þ
