The info was posted to the DS yahoo group today and the requirements are no different than before and are as follows: PRINCIPALITIES, DUCHIES and BARONIES must submit:
Copies of bank statements and financial records for the past six
months; Copies of sign in sheets for the past six months; List of
current officers; List of current dues-paid members; Results of most
recent crown quals; Results of most recent crown elections; (duchies
and principalities only) Proof of a bank account with a stable balance
of at least $100.
SHIRES must submit:
Copies of sign in sheets for the past six months; Proof of advertising
their chapter, such as a flyer for a demo
Furthermore, all groups must meet minimum attendance requirements
equal to 60% of the numbers they needed to become their current size.
This works out to 24 for Principalities, 18 for Duchies, 9 for
Baronies, and 3 for Shires.
A land that submits all required items and meets attendance
requirements will get an EXCELLENT rating.
A land that misses one required item but provides everything else and
meets attendance requirements will get a PASSED rating.
A land that misses more than one required item, or misses the
attendance requirements, will get a FAILED rating.
Please remember to tally your numbers for ease and at DS request. Put average weekly attendance AND uniques per month.
I need these NO LATER than 11:59 P M on Friday August 6th to have everything ready for a B O D meeting that weekend for review.
This is still for the period of Jan-Jun 2010. The sooner I have this the better I can (with help) make our audit look.
