Subject: Zero-Tolerance Policy on unacceptable violence and threats of, within Westmarch

The Kingdom of Westmarch, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all members, is dedicated to maintaining an inclusive community. We are committed to fostering an environment that promotes mutual respect, understanding, and camaraderie among all individuals who choose to participate in any capacity.

Our primary mission is to provide a safe space where individuals can interact and build lasting friendships. Any credible form of violence outside the parameters set forth by the Amtgard Rules of Play.
We want to make it unequivocally clear that such behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Westmarch supports a zero-tolerance policy on acts of violence that fall outside the parameters set forth by the Amtgard rules of play recognized by Westmarch. This policy applies to all members and anyone associated with our organization.

To ensure the safety of our members he following will be maintained and upheld:
Reporting Mechanisms: We encourage all members to promptly report any instances of violence or threats they may encounter within the community that fall outside the current rules of play to their local leadership, Westmarch Monarchy, or the Westmarch Board of Directors. Anonymity and confidentiality will be respected for those who come forward. The complaint form can be found on this page.

Thorough Investigation: All reports of credible threats or acts of violence outside the rules of play will be promptly investigated by the sitting Monarchy or their designated representatives utilizing the Westmarch Code of Conduct and the Amtgard Rules of Play to ascertain the truth of the claims and to ensure fair treatment for all parties involved.

Disciplinary Measures: Should any member be found guilty of threatening violence or perpetrating violence against another member outside the accepted rules of play, appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken, which may include but are not limited to, suspension or expulsion from affected lands or Westmarch as a whole.

It is of utmost importance that we uphold our values of respect, tolerance, and unity. We ask all members to actively contribute to creating an environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and appreciated.
Let this release serve as a solemn reminder of our collective commitment to maintaining a stress-free, safe, and tolerant community within Westmarch Amtgard. Together, we can continue to build a harmonious space that fosters personal growth and friendship.
