3. Audit Review
Issue that two parks were held to two different standards.
Question of what is the difference of a land not holding quals as opposed to holding quals and not having anyone enter.
Rose Brown states the major difference is the land gave opportunity to qual, where as if they don’t then no incoming officers have the opportunity.
Justin Smith makes point that if a park is not having anyone participating in quals, then they are not really doing their job as a higher level and should get a hit.
Rose states that she agrees, however does not feel that’s supported in the corpora. The corpora just requires that a quals be held.
Motion to close item:

4. Platform for future BOD meetings
Jodi Van Tine has not been able to link up the Livestream yet. She will continue to livestream on facebook and then post to youtube, but has not been able to get the youtube live set up. Is there anyone who is able to work on it?
Rose tried to clarify if it was zoom connected, or if it’s connecting to the Westmarch for life stream period.
Jodi stated it was only getting it on the Westmarch youtube that was problematic.
Rose said she would try to get in touch in touch with David Zucker and see if we can figure it out.
Motion to have Rose reach out To David Zucker to see if she can resolved this issue.

5. Officer insurance:
“The update I have regarding the insurance project is I’m currently blocked. They are requesting a physical address for the application similar to Wells Fargo, I’m told we are currently in the process of switching that over. Once that’s complete I can finish the submission.
