If we fundraise via shopify, cafe press, or other marketplace facilitator (I think that's what theyre called), things are relatively easy; they handle sales tax, permits, etc.
If we fundraise via services (ex, auction for a private blacksmithing class by Halavere), all is simple; services are non-taxable.
That fundraiser auction for the medalian? One-off, we're fine. But if we do that on a regular basis, that requires a (free) sellers permit and sale tax sent to the state.
