Midreign Update

Hello, Westmarch!

I hope everyone is excited and ready for Westmarch Winter Midreign 2023! Which is THIS weekend!!!

Unfortunate the weather is looking a bit stormy so we’ve made some changes to the event…

WEAPONMASTER UPDATE:

The Weaponmaster tournament will likely be taking place in the gazebo, so please try to keep the floor from getting too wet/slick. I’ll be bringing some towels to mop up.

DRAGONMASTER UPDATE:

I have a tent arranged to protect Dragonmaster entries but please bring weights to hold light items down Incase it gets windy. I’ll also bring a clear tarp to cover the entries.

FEAST UPDATE:

Due to the fact I’ve been without power for over a week and currently not expected to have it back until the night before event, maybe, I’m going to have to cancel the feast portion of Midreign. I will be bringing spiced cider and my camp stove to keep it hot! I’d like to encourage everyone to bring something else to share if they can. If it’s not prepackaged, please bring a list of ingredients for those with food allergies.

SERVICE OPPORTUNITY:

** Two judges for A&S Dragonmaster

** Extra Pop-Up Tents - I’d like to make sure everyone has a chance to get out of the rain. Please note we are not allowed to use tent stakes so pop-ups must be weighted down.

** Extra Folding tables! - Because no one wants to put their things down in the wet grass.
