IMPORTANT FAQ:

Q: How do I pay? 

A: Early Payment can be made via Paypal by sending 

 

Q: What does PrePay Get me?

A: A cheaper price and a snazzy favor! 

 

Q: When can we set up tents?  

A: Please do not set up any campsite or tents before 4PM on Thursday, May 2nd. 

 

Q: Can we bring dogs and service animals?

A: All animals -MUST- be registered at Gate this year as per Park Service rules. Please provide proof of Rabies Vaccination or leave your furry friend at home. Don’t forget waste disposal bags, cleaning up after your pet is required - Park rules. 

 

Q: Are Open Flames Allowed? 

A: Fires are only allowed in the designated fire pit rings. BBQS are allowed but you must provide and prominently display a fire extinguisher for emergencies. 

 

Q: Is Alcohol allowed?

A: No alcohol is allowed in the Youth Only Area (The bowl). Anyone consuming alcohol MUST have a wristband designating they are over 21. Anyone caught consuming alcohol underage will be reported to the proper authorities and may be banned from the organization. 

 

Q: What is the Drug policy?

A: Please do not bring drugs on site as per park service rules. 

 

Q: What is the COVID policy?

A: We will be following current government recommendations. As of now, we do not require masks or testing but if you have any respiratory symptoms or a fever, please stay home. Anyone outright ill may be asked to leave the event. 

 

Q: What’s Included in the VIP Ticket 

A: Event entrance, All Meals, Extra Special Favor, First in line for Food.

 

Q: Are there kids or guest pricing? 

A: Non participants (children under 10, non-camping guests, etc)

Site fee is $0, and does not include a favor.  They may still buy a meal ticket at a regular price.  All attendees MUST still register at gate and have a signed waiver. 

 

Q:  Can I buy a meal ticket on site?

A:  No, meal tickets are pre-pay only and must be paid for by April 21.
